DUKA BAY

It’s my first entry and I’m sharing a summer scene. This was taken last year during a boat ride at a beach resort located at Duka, Medina, Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

They have so much to offer but at that time we were on a tight budget. But I really made sure to try the glass bottom boat with the kids. A 30 minute ride that costs P400.oo only with a maximum of 10 persons. We were amazed by the coral reef formations and other sea creatures that’s rarely seen in the city, we even saw a sea turtle but I wasn’t able to take a photo of it. We had so much fun especially the kids and we’re planning to go back there and try other activities they have.

reunited once again

After 9 long years, once again we were united. We had a forum in facebook chat and decided to meet up. We had dinner at Thai Me Up, a new restaurant in the heart of the city. A new place and taste. Then, we had singing bee at the Score because Loretos was fully booked. Me and BFF went home early, we're both married so probably we have curfews. We had so much fun catching up with each other's experiences. Till we meet again pips!!!

I bump into Amy Wyatt's site that features Then Sings My Soul Saturday. This is my first entry, I chose this because right now I don't know where my family will be heading. Last year was some what a bad one for us. At this point we're hpoing that everything will be alright in God's time and will. We entrust everything in His good hands. It's a new start again for us.

New Year's Resolution

I found an interesting link from Amazing Grace’s blog, Girl’s Talk. It’s my first time and I know I’m kind of late in creating this.

Almost everybody is making a New Years Resolution and I’m one of them but then in the end of the year, no changes at all. Still the old MEEmyselfMYAT but i'm really looking forward that i can make it this year.

1. increase my faith in GOD.
2. save. save. save.
3. build more confidence so I can finally find a new job and stable income.
4. more time with family especially with kids.
5. stop worrying.
6. don’t mind what other people might say, as long as you’re doing it right.
7. pay and avoid debts/credits.
8. diet and exercise.
9. keeping my blog updated.

I think this year is the perfect time to do it. Goodluck to all of us!
